LOYALSOCK TWP., LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Investigators have arrested and charged a teenager who they say was involved in a shooting outside of TGI Friday’s.

17-year-old Ja’hsir Kahseem Legare, the accused gunman in a deadly shooting outside of TGI Friday's in Lycoming County in March 2024, was arraigned in court Wednesday afternoon.

State police report Legare was arrested in Milton, Northumberland County on March 5.

U.S. Marshals arrested Ja’hsir Legare Wednesday morning along the 600 block of Shakespeare Avenue in Milton.

(WTAJ) — The Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has announced that they are closing several government offices in Pennsylvania as part of their plan to save taxpayers money.

LYCOMING, LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police stated a man led officers on a high-speed chase and nearly hit a child during it.

On February 26, the Lycoming Regional Police Department witnessed a driver, later identified as Eric Horak, traveling in the 2500 block of Bottle Run Road at high speed, leaving the roadway and almost striking a guide rail. 

(WBRE/WYOU) — A Lycoming County woman has been charged with aggravated arson and more after allegedly driving with a stolen license plate, evading police, and setting a house on fire in New Jersey.

According to the Ocean County Prosecutors Office, on February 19 Surf City Police and Fire Departments were dispatched for a report of a structure fire on North Central Avenue around 8:40 p.m.
