SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— A Lackawanna County man is facing charges accused of kidnapping a pre-teen girl after a childhood prank where they knocked on his door and ran away.
It happened last week and police say she was held at gunpoint before finally escaping.
