Investigation into firebombing of lawmaker's office intensifies

NANTICOKE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The investigation into a firebombing at the office of a state lawmaker in Luzerne County is moving forward, so says the Police Chief.

The incident, which was caught on camera, occurred on the night of February 19th at State Representative Alec Ryncavage's office in Nanticoke.

'Don't call police' man in woman's bathtub says, officers report

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)—Officers reported that an unknown man was in a woman's bathtub and told her not to call the police.

According to the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department, on March 14, around 5:00 a.m., officers were called to South Meade Street for a burglary report.

On the scene, the victim told police when she entered her bathroom, she saw a light coming from the bathtub. The victim then pulled back the shower curtain and saw a man sitting inside the tub, officers stated.
