According to an affidavit, on September 3, authorities received three CyberTips reporting Mark Dutter, 32, of possession and dissemination of photos and videos depicting suspected child sexual abuse material.

OLYPHANT, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Over 100 cats have been removed from an Olyphant home described as a "self-animal rescue organization."
According to ASPCA, crews were called to a home on Gravity Avenue in Olyphant around 9:45 a.m. by the Lackawanna County Humane Society to remove animals from inside the house.
The house was reported to be a "self-described animal rescue organization." Officials said over 100 cats were removed as of Thursday afternoon, but the rescue of additional animals continues.
PITTSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A driver is facing DUI charges after he fled the scene of a hit-and-run crash where a 13-year-old was left injured, police say.
According to the Pittston City Police Department, on June 7, around 10:00 p.m., officers were called to the 200 block of North Main Street for a teen hit by a car that fled the scene.
LEHMAN TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Last year flood waters damaged the grounds of the Luzerne County Fair, but now organizers say they’re back and better than ever.
“We had a great crowd for the first night. It was beautiful weather and so we’re really excited for the next couple of days,” Amanda Faneck who does public relations/marketing for the fair said.
